Job Description: The United Nations is seeking a qualified physician to provide medical services at the newly established UN Dispensary in Lao PDR. This facility provides medical services and advice to UN staff members and their dependents in Lao PDR. | Duties Include: Attend the United Nations Dispensary on a full time basis; Respond to medical emergencies of UN staff and dependents; Provide treatment to UN staff/dependents for episodic illnesses; Provide individual or group health education and information ; Manage basic MCH programmes for UN staff/dependents including standard immunizations and antenatal care; Advise and assist in medical evacuation travel; Systematically visit, evaluate, and liaise with local health facilities; Maintain emergency medical supplies and advise on procurement of vaccines, equipment, and other medical items; Supervise and manage nurses and other Dispensary personnel | Website: www.undplao.org | For more Information please see PDF.
