1st International Vitamin Conference

Description:
The idea of setting up this conference is to establish a forum for scientists and regulators for whom the vitamins are of major concern. The conference will focus on vitamins in foods and supplements in regard to human nutrition research, establishing food composition data and controlling food labelling.

   - how do results of analytical methods influence food composition data
   - how to assess the relative bioactivity of vitamers in foods
   - do the analytical results reflect the contribution to vitamin status from foods
